PUBLIC BROWSING

You can browse the public pages and approved gallery without creating an account. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device details, requested pages and error information to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems and help prevent abuse.

GALLERY PHOTOS & PERMISSION

When you submit a photo, we receive the image, any caption and optional display name you provide, your permission confirmation and submission and review details. Technical anti-spam information may also be used to limit abusive submissions.

Submissions are held privately for Mandy’s review before publication. They do not automatically appear in the public gallery. If approved, your photo, caption and optional display name may be displayed publicly. Public content can be viewed, saved or shared by other people.

The permission checkbox asks you to confirm that you own the photo or have permission to share it, have permission from everyone pictured, and allow Mandy Jolene to display it after approval. Do not submit photos of children or private recipient information. Avoid including private information in the photo, caption or display name.

WANT A PHOTO REMOVED?

Email hello@mandyjolene.com with a link to the photo, or enough detail to identify your submission, and say whether you are asking for public removal, deletion of stored information, or both. You can also withdraw permission for future display.

Taking a photo out of the public gallery does not necessarily delete every stored image file immediately. We will review your request, explain what action can be taken and any applicable limits, and may ask for information to confirm that the request relates to you. Copies saved or shared by others may remain outside our control.

LIVE FEST CREATOR REGISTRATIONS

The creator interest form on the LIVE Fest page collects your TikTok username, your preferred contact method and contact details, and an optional short introduction. It is used only so Mandy Jolene can review interest in her independent LIVE Fest creator circuit and contact you about possible collaborations. It is not an official TikTok signup, and registering does not guarantee participation.

Registrations are stored privately. They are not shown publicly or shared for marketing, and only Mandy's authorized owner account can view them. To help prevent spam, a one-way coded form of your connection address is briefly used to limit repeated submissions.

Registrations are intended to be kept for up to 12 months after TikTok LIVE Fest 2026 and then removed manually, or sooner if you ask. Deletion is not automated. To update or delete your registration, email hello@mandyjolene.com.

EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE

If you email Mandy, your email address, message and any attachments are used to read and respond to your enquiry and follow up where needed. Email providers may process this correspondence to deliver and store messages. Please send only the personal information needed for your enquiry.

The website does not currently have an email newsletter signup form.

SIGN-IN, STORAGE & ANALYTICS

Google sign-in is used for owner-only administration, not as a requirement for public browsing or photo submission. Sign-in uses account identity information, including an email address and verification status, to check authorized access. Necessary authentication storage, such as browser local storage and any cookies used by the sign-in services, helps maintain and validate the owner’s session.

The Lovable visitor analytics toggle has been switched off. No TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel is installed on this website.

This does not mean there are no cookies or no technical data processing. Hosting, authentication and security services may still use necessary storage or process technical data to operate the website and protect it from abuse.

SERVICE PROVIDERS & LOCATION

We use Lovable hosting and Lovable Cloud for website delivery, gallery storage and administration, Google for owner sign-in, and email and security service providers where needed. These services may process information to provide their functions.

Information may be stored or processed outside Canada, where privacy laws and lawful access requirements may differ. Contact Mandy if you have questions about how a provider is involved in handling your information.

LINKS OUTSIDE THIS WEBSITE

TikTok links take you to TikTok; there are no embedded TikTok players on this website. When you follow a TikTok, Instagram or other external link, that service’s own privacy policy and storage practices apply. This website does not control those services.

HOW LONG INFORMATION IS KEPT

Information is kept as needed for the purpose for which it was provided, such as reviewing and displaying approved photos, responding to correspondence, handling requests and operating the website. There is no fixed retention period promised by this policy.

Pending or rejected submissions and underlying image files may remain stored until reviewed and removed. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, disputes or security purposes; backups and technical records may not be erased immediately. Ask Mandy about retention or deletion of a specific submission.

You can request access to personal information about you, ask for a correction, request deletion, or withdraw permission to display your photo by emailing hello@mandyjolene.com. Depending on the law that applies, you may have additional privacy rights.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records, without requesting more than needed. We will respond to your request and explain any legal or practical limits. Please do not email passwords or sign-in codes.
